What resolution does my artwork need for a sharp print?
Your design should be at least 300 DPI at the final print size. Vector files can be scaled to any size without losing quality.
Resolution requirements
For sharp prints, your artwork should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size. Then details stay crisp, without pixelation or blur.
Raster files
Raster images, such as JPEG or PNG, have a fixed number of pixels. Check the resolution before you upload and adjust it if needed. Set it correctly from the start, especially for detailed designs and text, which lose sharpness at lower resolution.
Vector files
Vector files, such as AI or SVG, can be scaled to any size without losing quality, so resolution matters less. If the vector file contains embedded raster images, those images need to be 300 DPI.
