What happens to my order after I place it?

Our Customer and Graphics Support team reviews your order and takes care of any comment you left. Then it goes to production, where it's printed, cut and laminated if your product has a laminate.

What happens after you order

Here's what happens between your order and your delivery.

1. Review

Our Customer and Graphics Support team checks your order to make sure everything is correct. If you left a comment with a request, we take care of it here. You can also ask for a proof before printing.

2. Production

Your order goes to production, where it's:

  • Printed

  • Cut, for example die-cut or kiss-cut

  • Coated with a laminate, if your product has one

Any add-ons you chose, such as back paper print, are added depending on the product, size and material.

3. Shipping

When your order is ready, it's shipped to you. See when you can expect your order.
