Can I get die-cut stickers in a custom shape?

Yes. On die-cut stickers, the cutline follows the outer contour of your artwork, so the sticker can match your logo, illustration or lettering. Smooth cutlines give the cleanest result.

Custom shapes and cutlines for die-cut stickers

With die-cut stickers you can make almost any shape. The cutline follows the outer contour of your artwork, so the sticker matches your logo, illustration, lettering, mascot or other design. The cut goes through every layer, including the backing, so each sticker is a separate piece in the shape of your design.

Tips for clean cuts

  • Use smooth cutlines: gentle curves cut cleaner than jagged lines

  • Avoid very small details: tiny parts can be hard to cut accurately

  • Avoid sharp corners: we round corners for durability. See Are sharp corners an option?

  • Avoid very narrow sections: thin parts can tear or lift
