What is the difference between prismatic and glitter material?

Prismatic and glitter materials have different patterns. Our prismatic material is made up of reflective rectangles while glitter is made up of smaller overlapping circles. They both reflect light with a characteristic rainbow. When you think of the prismatic material, think '80s!

Can prismatic stickers be cut into custom shapes and sizes?

Yes, our prismatic stickers can be cut into almost any custom shape with rounded edges. The maximum size for prismatic stickers is 27 cm (47") on one side, so there is a wide variety of shape and size possibilities.

How does the light reflect off prismatic material?

Prismatic material is made up of rectangles that reflect the light with a characteristic rainbow shine.

Are prismatic stickers waterproof and resistant to fading?

Our prismatic stickers are water-, weather- and, with a glossy laminate, also UV-proof. They are resistant to light scratches and will work perfectly on a majority of smooth, dry and clean surfaces. Glossy prismatic stickers should survive up to 2-4 years outdoors before they begin to fade and it's even longer indoors, depending on the conditions that the stickers are exposed to.

What types of designs are best suited for prismatic material?

Prismatic material is for anyone who wants to add a fun, reflective effect to their stickers or the lovers of the 80's aesthetic. We can print any design in CMYK on our prismatic material. Just let us know how you want the effect to look and we will set it up for you. Keep in mind that because prismatic is a very overwhelming effect, it might make the details of your artwork less visible. It works best to highlight only certain parts of the sticker or the details that you really want to pop.
