Email our support team as soon as possible. We can cancel or change your order as long as it hasn't gone into production. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.

You can cancel or change an order until it goes into production. After that, it can't be changed or cancelled, so contact us as soon as you notice something you want to change.

How to request a change or cancellation

Email our support team with your order number.
Tell us what you want to change, for example the size, the material or the design, or that you want to cancel the order.
We check the status of your order and let you know what we can do.

Good to know

Changes can affect the production time and delivery date.
