Your guide to die cut stickers
Sticker sheets are custom-printed sheets that contain multiple kiss-cut stickers on a single backing liner, a sheet.
Each sticker has its own shape, cutline, bleed, and spacing, but all stickers on the sheet share the same material, finish, and adhesive.
Key rules at a glance:
Minimum sticker size: 6 mm (≈0.24")
Spacing between stickers: 2 mm (0.075")
Spacing to sheet edge: 2 mm (0.075")
Bleed: 2 mm (0.075") around every sticker
Cutline: 1 pt, solid, closed vector, spot colour
Resolution: 300 DPI · CMYK
Supported formats: PDF, PNG, JPEG, SVG, TIF, AI, PSD
Max sheet size: Depends on material (see Size Limits)
Sticker sheets are ideal when you want multiple designs delivered together in a compact, organised format.
A sticker sheet is a single printed sheet containing several kiss-cut stickers arranged within one unified layout. Each sticker’s top layer is cut (kiss-cut), while the backing liner remains intact.
Multiple stickers on one sheet
Each sticker has its own individual cutline
All stickers remain attached to a shared backing liner
All stickers use the same material, finish, and adhesive
Stickers can vary in size and shape, as long as they follow spacing rules
Sticker sheets are used when:
You want multiple designs grouped together
You sell themed sets or collections
